Job description :
Executive/Senior Executive- Recruitment

Any Bachelor’s degree.

Experience required –
The applicant must have 2 to 4 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.

Job Location – Gurgaon(Delhi).

Roles and Responsibility :

  • The selection of the applicable candidates in both the technical and non-technical positions is totally based on the approved manpower budget.
  • Applicant Should handle all of the recruitment cycle of suitable candidates from various sources like walkins, references, Walk-ins, Career pages.
  • Applicant Should create and maintain management information systems on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Applicant Shoud conduct the interview tests also the Evaluations.
  • The applicant Should conduct the HR interviews.
  • The applicant Should update the RMS regularly.
  • Applicant must handle Campus recruitment which are generally been taken in different colleges starts from communicating with the college, should plan the interviews, place offers.
  • He/She Should manage the profiles of candidates through different referrals.
  • Must Coordinate directly with Managers, Technical Leads, and recruitment team to discuss the selection process.
  • Should properly schedule the selection process and must see the timely closure of open positions.

Skill sets required –

  • Should have a strong work ethic, also must have strong analytical problem-solving skills, and should participate in all the activities in case of urgency.
  • Should have a great experience in finding out the right candidates suitable for the jobs from various sourcing mechanisms, Social media, Job portals etc.
  • Should have a good working knowledge of G-Suite.
  • Should have a amazing experience in Vendor management.
  • Must be a good team player and should own a high sense of ownership.
  • Should always have a positive attitude toward work and be self-motivated and should have an internal drive to produce high-quality work.
  • Should have excellent communication oral and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have great skills in Research coordination and analysis.
  • As required should incorporate new processes.
