Executive/Senior Executive- Recruitment
Any Bachelor’s degree.
Experience required –
The applicant must have 2 to 4 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
Job Location – Gurgaon(Delhi).
Roles and Responsibility :
- The selection of the applicable candidates in both the technical and non-technical positions is totally based on the approved manpower budget.
- Applicant Should handle all of the recruitment cycle of suitable candidates from various sources like walkins, references, Walk-ins, Career pages.
- Applicant Should create and maintain management information systems on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Applicant Shoud conduct the interview tests also the Evaluations.
- The applicant Should conduct the HR interviews.
- The applicant Should update the RMS regularly.
- Applicant must handle Campus recruitment which are generally been taken in different colleges starts from communicating with the college, should plan the interviews, place offers.
- He/She Should manage the profiles of candidates through different referrals.
- Must Coordinate directly with Managers, Technical Leads, and recruitment team to discuss the selection process.
- Should properly schedule the selection process and must see the timely closure of open positions.
Skill sets required –
- Should have a strong work ethic, also must have strong analytical problem-solving skills, and should participate in all the activities in case of urgency.
- Should have a great experience in finding out the right candidates suitable for the jobs from various sourcing mechanisms, Social media, Job portals etc.
- Should have a good working knowledge of G-Suite.
- Should have a amazing experience in Vendor management.
- Must be a good team player and should own a high sense of ownership.
- Should always have a positive attitude toward work and be self-motivated and should have an internal drive to produce high-quality work.
- Should have excellent communication oral and interpersonal skills.
- Must have great skills in Research coordination and analysis.
- As required should incorporate new processes.
